IBM Renovation Project Phase 1-4, Rochester, MN, USA
This project consists of a total of approximately 800,000 s.f. which is broken down into multiple phases and erected over a number of years. Four phases have been completed to date with great results. The TingWall™ "75" Thermally-Broken System with specially designed receiver extrusions attached to the existing mullions to complete our Airloop Principle™ design. The "75" System used is the exposed frame system with 1" insulated glass & exposed frame system with 1/8" composite panels on the exterior and on the interior which eliminated the need for an interior finish wall. The design had to keep the original look of the building, which is shown in the last picture.
