Quality Control for Water-Tightness Performance

IN CASE OF BAD Q.C.

1. All systems including TingWall will leak immediately.
2. All systems other than TingWall can not eliminate the possibility of bad Q.C. since  they need perfect seals at critical locations and perfect seals can not be judged by visual inspection. Therefore, the execution of good Q.C. program can not assure to eliminate the possibility of a bad Q.C. condition.
3. TingWall does not require perfect critical seal at all, therefore, effective Q.C. can be easily implemented by visual inspection of the existence of seals at the design locations. Therefore, the execution of good Q.C. program will eliminate the possibility of a bad Q.C. condition.

IN CASE OF GOOD Q.C.

1. All systems other than TingWall will leak as a matter of time when the perfect seals become imperfect due to aging and/or sealant line stress fatigue.
2. The water-tightness performance of TingWall can be maintained for a very long time due to the fact of no critical seals in the system.
